Victim shooting incident: Maihemuti Yisikandaier
23-year-old Maihemuti Yisikandaier died on Monday the 10th of February, following a shooting on the Professor Regoutstraat in Oss. He had no known place of residence and in order to get answers and information revolving his death, the police would like to know where he stayed during the months January and February. Maihemuti Yisikandaier
The 23-year-old man was born in China and later in his life emigrated to Turkey. He is of Uyghurs descent and spoke Uyghurs/Turkish and possibly English. How he ended up in the Netherlands is not known. We do know that he had previously stayed in the areas of Biddinghuizen, Ter Apel, Enschede, Oss and Oosterhout. To learn more about the victim, the police would like to get in touch with people who knew him and/or gave him shelter.
